charcuterie boards

candle holders

All of my Charcuterie and feature boards are made from trees found in Manitoba, primarily, Ash, Birch, Elm, Maple, Poplar and Oak. I occasionally obtain other species and am happy to work with whatever comes my way. My natural preference is live edge woods that I obtain from a variety of sources. Each board is unique and different and my designs are based on what I envision in a particular piece.

Candle Holders with a story to tell . . .
Crafted from century old Tamarack fenceposts, once rooted in the farmlands of Manitoba. These posts carry spirit, endurance and the quiet poetry of the land. Tamarack is rare amongst conifers for shedding golden needles in the fall. It thrives in wet, wild places and is prized for its natural resistance to rot. Once boundary markers, now repurposed to hold light and beauty. These works are not just objects — they are remnants of prairie history.

Prices vary depending upon wood species, size and work involved.  Custom orders are available.

Note: Some boards/candle holders featured on this page may be sold. Call or email for updates on what is available.
